There's no denying that our Aatta Gin is one of the most beautiful gins out there, winning Worlds Best Design and Best Bottle in the World Drinks Awards. So we decided to create the ultimate Aatta gift, with prism shaped glasses to match the uniquely shaped bottle.
Aatta is not just a looker though, it's also one of the highest awarded gins in the UK. Winning gold in several taste competitions too. Meaning 'eight' in Old Norse, Aatta is made to the London Dry standards of gin production and is uniquely distilled eight times. As far as we know, Aatta and Orkney Akvavit are the only spirits hand crafted in the UK using this many distillations, creating a truly silky mouthfeel. The final distillation is completed over a lengthy 24 hours with eight botanicals including fresh zesty oranges, hand picked rose hips, bright juniper and a little vanilla.

Standard Shipping takes around 3-6 days to UK Addresses, Speedy takes 2-5 days. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48 hour, and 24 hour when choosing 'speedy', but as we are on the Orkney Islands, we normally estimate an extra 2 days on top of what is quoted. Please understand this delivery time is an estimate, and it is not a gurantee. It may take longer in busy periods such as Christmas. *Factors which may affect delivery times are: delays caused by weather, Royal Mail/Parcelforce delays outwith our control and shortage of stock/packaging (we will contact you if this happens).*
Your product will arrive carefully packaged in a cardboard box with fragile tape. Legally we must provide a sender address on parcels, so we name ourselves as OGC in this area to be more discreet in case its a gift.
Orkney Spirits Limited cannot accept responsibility for incorrect items ordered and incorrect information (eg addresses). Our gift to our fantastic customers is free postage on purcahses over £25.00, and we hope to keep this going as long as it is viable. Each time we post out it costs us between £4.50-7 so we will ask for the cost to be covered if it is required to be sent a second time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (eg. email). Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This many take up to 5 working days after receipt of the parcel. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
